What is it that makes your service so special?

- We are a small family owned and operated company, so we can afford to provide a more personalized and detailed service, custom tailored to our client’s needs. We don’t have the same problems inherent in a large organization with many employees, using an inflexible "cleaning system". A cleaning system that is usually based on rigorous and impractical time constraints. We are not a "Beat the Clock" type service. When Done Right by Carol is cleaning your home or your office, you can rest assured that one of the owners is on the job, and that the job will be completed to your satisfaction.


Will the same people clean my home or office every time you clean?

- Absolutely! Every time your home or office is cleaned, you can bet that at least one of the cleaning professionals will be there every week, and at least one professional, possibility two, depending on scheduling and manpower requirements, will be an owner.


Do you have adequate insurance?

- Yes we have more than adequate insurance. At "Done Right by Carol" we have "general liability" insurance covering up to a million dollars per incident, with a three million dollar total aggregate. Also, all of our employees are fully bonded.

Do I have to sign a long term contract or agreement?

- Residential customers do not sign any contracts or agreements. Commercial customers sometimes prefer to sign a contract. However, all of our commercial contracts have a thirty day written "escape clause". Generally speaking, at "Done Right by Carol" we prefer to let our service speak for itself, and allow your satisfaction, not a legal document, be our security.


What will it cost to have my house cleaned?

- The price to clean your house will vary with the size of your house, and the amount of services you want us to supply. For instance, an initial clean (spring clean) for a fairly large house could run between $175.00 and $350.00. The average cost for a regular maintenance cleaning, for that same house, should fall between $100.00 to $175.00.




Do I need to be home on the day my house is scheduled to be cleaned?

- Most of our customers prefer to schedule cleaning services when they are away from home, others prefer to be present during the cleaning process. It is your choice, and it will not affect our performance. We want to schedule our service so that it’s both convenient and timely for our customer.


If I’m not at home for my scheduled cleaning service, how will you get in?

- This is your decision, and you can choose from any of the following alternatives:
- leave a key under the door mat
- give one of the principals of our company a key to hold for scheduled services
- give one of the principals of our company the code to your security system
- leave a door open on cleaning day, and we will lock it when we leave.
